This high protein smoothies is one of my favourite ways to start the day because it has a great balance of good fats, carbs and high protein:
 

Ingredients: 

1 handful of frozen raspberries 

1 handful of fresh strawberries

Half an avocado 

1 cup of coconut milk 

1 scoop of whey protein powder (I like Pulsin)

1 squeeze of honey
