One to One Coaching

This is a 6 week one to one program to understand what to eat for your body and why. Whether your goal is weight loss, increased energy or simply to thrive then I will help you to identify how much food your body needs every day and which nutrients to take. With my bespoke plan tailored to your needs you can thrive easily and feel energised quickly.

The 6 Week Program Includes:

One initial consultation for an hour in my clinic or on Skype

Followed by 5 weekly 30 minute catch up calls

These can be done on the phone or via Skype/FaceTime

A Hair Mineral Analysis test to identify required nutrients

A tailored supplement plan after the test reports come back

A lifestyle plan to help manage stress, sleep and exercise

Sessions and calls

The first consultation is the most important. It’s an initial screening consultation which lasts for an hour. In that hour I identify where you are at currently, take a detailed case history and figure out what we need to do in order to achieve your goals. I then develop a specific meal, supplement and lifestyle plan targeted towards your goals.

The follow up calls are weekly for the next 5 weeks. We book then in at a time that is convenient for you. These are catch up calls to check in with your progress, go through the test results and make sure you’re achieving your goals. I am there to guide you and hold your hand. Theses calls are your chance to ask me any questions you have and get any additional help in moving forward.

You will also have my personal phone number so you can call or message me at anytime during the 6 week period to ask questions.

After the course

On our last call we will discuss what the next best steps are in continuing your health journey and how you can maintain everything that was put into practice on the plan.
