What is Get Your Energy Back - One on One ?
This one to one coaching program, with me, specifically designed to identify WHY are you tired all the time and figure out what needs to be done in order to get your energy back once and for all.
Over a 6 week period you will attend 3 one hour coaching sessions with me to cover everything you need to do in order to feel better.
Each call takes place every fortnight over Skype.
Here what to expect on each call:
The first session is the most important. It's an initial screening consultation which lasts for an hour. In that hour I identify where you are at currently, take a detailed case history and figure out what we need to do in order to achieve your goals. I then develop a specific meal and supplement plan targeted towards your goals.
You will get a personalised food program to follow which tells you everything you need to eat for the next 6 weeks. This plan will be your first step in getting your energy back. You will be avoiding foods that zap your energy and eating foods that give you energy. You will be eating 3 meals per day plus two snacks and taking targeted nutrients to support your energy. This will be identified via a specific hair mineral analysis test which will be sent to you as soon as you start. After the results come in we will organise a specific supplement program tailored for your needs.
In this one hour session the the focus is all around your lifestyle and how your lifestyle is making you tired. We will look extensive at your sleep patterns, your exercise regime and whether or not you are taking time out to wind down and rest. The changes I will get you to make are critical in your progress and are very simple to do.
You will get a personalised lifestyle plan to follow for the next 6 weeks. This plan will contain sleep advice and tips to get you sleeping better, exercises to consider to give you more energy and relaxation methods to slow down the stress response and make a quicker recovery.
This final session is probably the most important because is focuses all on your mindset. The way you think can make you tired! During this hour session we will discuss your current way of thinking and look for red flags that could be damaging your energy and come up with targeted solutions to have a healthier mindset. The way you think can have a dramatic effect on how you feel and behave and has a profound outcome on all my clients.
You will also start journaling every day your thoughts in order to become aware of your thought patterns before we start charging them. I will come up with tailored exercises for you to do each day in order to improve your mindset and make you feel instantly happier and more positive.
During this six week program I will also send you three educational videos that teach you how to eat for energy and how to support your system with nutrients so you can learn more about how to keep your energy up. PLUS you will receive my new energy eBook - How to Stay Energised Monday - Friday which is packed full of additional information AND you will get a copy of my new recipe ebook which contains easy to make meals that give you energy.

I’ve not made many changes to my diet. Will it be hard?
NO. The changes are slight but easy. We have 6 weeks to make all the changes so please don’t worry. All of the meals are quick and easy to make.
Do I have to set aside a lot of time to prepare the meals?
The people who get the best results are the ones who are organised and prepared! So a little tie to prepare the meals is required but it certainly doesn't take over. I will give you tips and advice on how to manage this best.
How long will it take until I notice more energy?
Most people experience increase energy by day 3. But each person is different. Certainly by week 1 I expect you to be feeling better.
If I fall off the wagon are all my efforts completely ruined?
Definitely not! This is a process and slip ups are bound to happen. As long as you are following the plan 80% of the time it won’t affect your progress long term.
I know quite a lot about health and wellbeing. Is this for me?
YES! There is so much to learn and I want to guide you throw everything I did to recover and get my energy back. I will be there to hold your hand and teach you everything you need to do that you probably haven't tried yet.
